## About the house

The 88 sqm home is arranged over three floors. The entrance level has an open-plan living area, kitchen and dining space leading to a small outdoor terrace. A sofa, armchairs, tapestry rugs and cushions furnish the living space. The light-filled second bedroom is on the second floor and has a balcony. There is also a private garden.

Bedroom 1 has one double bed. Bedroom 2 has a single sofa bed that can be prepared for one person on request when booking. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Other facilities include a fireplace, television with cable TV, sound system, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector.

Notting Hill Underground station is a two-minute walk away. Kensington High Street, with shops and restaurants, is a ten-minute walk away, with Notting Hill and Portobello Market in the other direction.

There is no air-conditioning. Fans are provided in every bedroom from May through September; request fans for stays outside this period. The home has steep stairs and no internal elevator. Babies and older children from around age five to six upwards are welcome, but toddlers and pets are not accepted. Scaffolding is present on the neighbouring building during works; noise disturbance has so far been minimal.
