## About the house

The first-floor apartment sleeps up to four guests. Its spacious living area has a two-seater leather sofa, an armchair and a dining area, with access to a separate equipped kitchen. Sleeping accommodation comprises a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed. The garden-facing bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bathroom facilities include showers and a hairdryer.

The large private terrace has outdoor dining space, sun loungers and sun awnings. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven and dishwasher; a washing machine and iron are also available. Residence Eden has tennis courts, a restaurant, a shared seasonal swimming pool, private parking and private access to the beach.

Nervi station is a 10-minute walk away, with a 25-minute train connection to Genoa Piazza Principe. Genoa airport is approximately half an hour away by car. Renovation work on the building may cause daytime noise and scaffolding.

Open from 1 June to 30 September, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday–Sunday 09:00–20:00. A swimming cap may be required.

The apartment is on the first floor. Residence Eden provides private access to the beach. Nervi station is a 10-minute walk away; trains connect to Genoa Piazza Principe in 25 minutes. Genoa airport is approximately half an hour away by car. Building renovation work may cause scaffolding and daytime noise.

Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The published arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
