Eden Estate occupies a private mountaintop setting above Parrita, with panoramic ocean and mountain views. A large private pool wraps around the home, while broad windows and patios bring the surrounding scenery into the stay.

All three bedrooms are upstairs and have air conditioning and patio access. The queen owner’s suite has its own bathroom; a second queen room and twin room share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. An equipped kitchen, smart TV and laundry facilities support six guests. The home, pool and amenities are entirely private.
