The house

The property has 219 sqm of living space on a 4,004 sqm plot. Each villa has two en-suite bedrooms, a kitchenette and an air-conditioned living area with a fireplace, TV, pool access and sea views. The bedrooms have a semi-submerged design. Outdoor facilities include three private pools with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, lounge and dining areas, and a garden. Equipment includes ceiling fans, smart and flat-screen TVs, a sound system, minibars, an espresso machine, mosquito nets, an iron and ironing board, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. Every bedroom has a hairdryer and safe. Bath amenities, bath towels, pool towels, beach towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided. A baby cot is available upon request. Included services are a welcome basket and local arrival delicacies, daily breakfast, daily housekeeping for one hour, linen changes twice a week, daily towel and pool-towel changes, and daily pool freshening. Dedicated concierge assistance, personal check-in and ongoing support are included. Babysitting, car rental, chef service, grocery supply, helicopter transfers, security, transfers, VIP reservations and yacht charters are available on request.
