The house

The villa accommodates seven guests in three bedrooms, with four beds and three bathrooms. Its Apulian-style layout combines an equipped kitchen and dining table facing a veranda overlooking olive trees with a separate living room furnished with a sofa and armchairs. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and toaster.

One side of the house contains a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area contains an additional master bedroom and a triple bedroom with a bunk bed comprising a single and a double bed, plus another bathroom with shower.

Outside are a large courtyard surrounded by olive trees, two furnished verandas for outdoor dining, and an outdoor bathroom with a toilet and shower. Three outdoor parking spaces are available within the property. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer are provided. The villa uses solar energy and a rainwater recycling system.
