This updated 1970s home sleeps six guests and has an open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Sliding glass doors open from the living room to the pool yard. Outdoor features include a figure-eight in-ground pool, spa, chaise lounges, outdoor bar, fire pit lounge, outdoor dining and built-in barbecue. Inside are flatscreen TVs, a fireplace, upgraded heating and cooling systems, a washer and dryer, and a Tesla EV charger. All bedrooms have mattresses and ample storage. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and direct pool-yard access. The two guest bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed respectively and share access to the hallway bathroom, which has patio access.

Located in Sunrise Park, less than a mile and a half from Downtown Palm Springs and close to the airport, outside the flight pattern. Restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive away.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old; proof of age is required. Dogs only are welcome; no other pets are allowed. Optional pool heating requires advance notice, incurs an additional service fee and may be added in minimum three-day blocks per request. Spa heating is included at no extra cost.
