Central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, a Sonos speaker system and a dedicated work-from-home nook are available. The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and backyard access. A clawfoot soaking tub sits in the bedroom, and its ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The lower-level guest bedroom has a queen bed, streaming TV and private backyard access. A nearby hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination; a powder room is on the main floor. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen and rebook the original dates; reopening is at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use the original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins.
