House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are not allowed. Please contact the reception agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen and towels are optional extras. The apartment is not adapted for people with reduced mobility; wheelchair circulation is described as fairly easy, but the shower has no grab bar or seat. A refundable €800-per-booking card pre-authorization is required as a deposit.

The sandy beach at Val André is 1.3 km away; the sandy beach at Les Vallées is 1.9 km away. Restaurants, a supermarket and a golf course are also listed nearby.
