## About the house

The single-level condo sleeps four in two bedrooms and has one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and vessel sink. The living area has a sofa, flat-screen TV, tile floors, air conditioning and ceiling fans. A compact kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, freezer, two-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice maker, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses and baking sheet. The dining table seats four. The private shaded patio has bistro seating, and the community has tropical gardens, loungers and a lit outdoor pool. Other amenities include a private entrance, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, hangers, an iron, washer, dryer, hot water, hair dryer, toiletries, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining, barbecue utensils and an outdoor shower. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. Long-term stays are allowed.

The community outdoor pool is fifty steps from the condo and has loungers, palm trees and nighttime lighting. Pool and jacuzzi hours are 7:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Playa del Coco is across the street. Java Coffee Co., Super Mini Luperón, Wave Sports Bar and Red Panda are within a two-minute walk. Coco's main strip, dive shops and fish market are a ten-minute walk away. Liberia International Airport is 25 minutes away by car. Rooftop stairs and decks are private to the top-floor units and are not included with this condo.

Maximum four guests. No smoking inside; smoking is allowed on the patio. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Pets are not permitted. Rinse sand off at the outdoor shower before entering. Pool and jacuzzi hours are 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. Stay off the rooftop stairs and decks, which belong to the top-floor units. Report maintenance issues promptly. Turn off air conditioning when leaving. Place trash in the designated bins near the parking area.
