House rules
No pets and no smoking. Sunday check-in and check-out. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not use the elevator if its gate or landing-door locking system is faulty, or if unusual sounds or abnormal movement occur; do not attempt repairs.
Getting there
Oceanfront with a private beach walkway with steps. Downtown Duck is a short stroll away. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
