# East Wind Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house East Wind has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, comprising seven full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The sleeping inventory includes five king beds, two twin beds and two twin-over-twin bunk sets. Downtown Duck is a short stroll away for dining and shopping, and a private walkway with steps leads to the beach. Level 1 has a king ensuite with a standing shower, a bedroom with two bunk sets, a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a recreation room with a pool table and wet bar, a theater room and laundry. Level 2 has three king ensuites with standing showers and deck access, two of them oceanside, plus a twin ensuite with a standing shower. This level also has a half bathroom and a den with a full-service bar. Level 3 has a king ensuite with a standing shower and gas fireplace, a great room with a gas fireplace, a kitchen and a dining area. Outdoor facilities include a private saltwater pool, a hot tub, a poolside cabana with a full bathroom, a gas grill, outdoor furniture, an outdoor shower and a dune deck. Five beach chairs are provided. The home also has an elevator, keyless entry, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. The pool operates seasonally, with optional paid heating unavailable in July and August. Gas fireplaces are available seasonally: January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026; January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
