House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. A property-manager meeting is required within the first 24 hours after arrival to review applicable local ordinances and stay rules. Maximum overnight occupancy is eight, including two guests on the library/media-room sleeper sofa. Optional pool and spa heating carries an extra daily fee and must be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.
Getting there
Driveway parking is limited to two vehicles. Downtown Palm Springs is three minutes away. The Indian Canyon trails are a 15-minute drive away.
