House rules
Maximum occupancy is six guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, the house rules and the cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund.
