# East Hampton Village Hideaway East Hampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The contemporary home offers over 1,800 square feet of interior living space on a deep flag lot with mature landscaping. An open floor plan, wood-beamed ceilings, oversized windows and sliding doors connect the indoor and outdoor living areas. The living room has a leather sofa and wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, an island, breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffee pot, toaster, blender and cookware, with a separate dining area. All four bedrooms are on the main floor and have air conditioning. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the third has a bunk bed and the fourth a Murphy bed. Bedroom 1 has a full ensuite bathroom, TV and closet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also have TVs. The three full bathrooms include two with showers and one with a shower/tub combination. The lower level has a game room with billiards, poker and foosball, plus a fitness area with a stationary bike, weight-training equipment and a stretching/yoga mat. Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, central air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, smart and cable TV, and a Sonos speaker system are available. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The fenced backyard has an expansive deck, patio furniture, three lounge chairs, a gas grill and gas fire pit. Outdoor facilities include a private heated saltwater pool and hot tub. Two adult bicycles, four beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available. The driveway accommodates three cars. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates for rebooking; reopening is the owner's decision. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total original reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, you may use the original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins.
