It has furnished living spaces, a renovated kitchen and renovated bathrooms. The four bedrooms contain one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds in total, with bed linens supplied. The three full bathrooms include one with a shower, one with a shower/tub combination and one with a separate shower and tub. The landscaped backyard has a southern-exposure heated gunite pool, patio loungers, a stone patio, shaded outdoor dining, patio furniture and a gas grill. Guests have access to two nearby shared tennis courts. Indoor facilities include air conditioning, heating, a usable fireplace, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Bath towels and a hair dryer are provided. Red Horse Market is a five-minute walk away, with a butcher, vegetables, pizza and other food supplies. Adjacent businesses include Morrell’s Wine store and shops; Naturopathica offers massage and facial services in the same market complex. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Children must be able to swim. Only single families are welcome. Maximum occupancy is six guests. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest’s expense. Events of any size, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups of guests require prior written host approval. Additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability. Spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. Payments are generally non-refundable. If the owner elects to reopen cancelled dates and the property is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If it is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
