Two further queen bedrooms are on the lower level. The bathrooms include a primary shower bathroom, a main-floor powder room, a shared shower/tub bathroom and a lower-level shower bathroom. Reservations require approval before confirmation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. If the owner agrees to reopen cancelled dates and the property is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If it is not rebooked, guests may use the original dates provided scheduled payments are made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; amounts above $3,500 must be paid by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection of up to $25,000 applies, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
