House rules

Reservations require approval before confirmation. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Fireplaces are decorative only and must not be used. Additional guests require express approval; a fee of $300.00 per person per night may apply. Events require express approval; a $500.00 event fee may apply. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval, and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional requested cleanings are at guests' expense. In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection of up to $25,000 applies, subject to the booking agreement. Property showings to prospective renters or buyers may occur with advance notice, with efforts to arrange reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Walk to Hampton Waters beach slip, Damark Market and Round Swamp Farm. Main Street is a six-minute drive away. The property is not handicap accessible. The basement is currently unavailable during maintenance. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
