# East Hampton Poolside Escape East Hampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The approximately 3,208-square-foot home has an open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen includes island seating, stainless steel appliances and a microwave; the dining table seats eight. A separate den has vaulted ceilings, built-in cabinetry, a television, a dedicated workspace and a pull-out sofa. Fireplaces are decorative only and cannot be used. The first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, streaming television and direct deck access. Upstairs, Guest Bedroom 2 has a double/full bed and an ensuite bathroom; Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has streaming television. The lower-level common room has an additional sleeper sofa and television, but the basement is currently unavailable during maintenance. There are four full bathrooms: two on the main floor and two upstairs, with two showers and two shower/tub combinations. The landscaped, fenced backyard includes a private heated, fenced pool, a large deck, outdoor dining and seating, a gas barbecue, an outdoor shower and a gas fire pit. The pool is scheduled to be redone for summer 2027. Pool use is typically seasonal, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer, dryer, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi are provided. Fireplaces are decorative only and must not be used. Additional guests require express approval; a fee of $300.00 per person per night may apply. Events require express approval; a $500.00 event fee may apply.
