The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Events are prohibited. Special uses, including events, commercial activities and rotating groups during one stay, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $70.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation total. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense.
