The house

The approximately 1,800-square-foot home has a covered front porch with two rocking chairs, a living room with a sectional sofa and flat-screen TV, and an equipped eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and wood cabinetry. The kitchen table seats four and the separate dining table seats eight. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. A piano and Bluetooth speaker system are available.

All three bedrooms are upstairs in the main house and have air conditioning, TVs and closets. The blue primary bedroom has a king bed and full ensuite bathroom with a shower; the purple bedroom has a queen bed; the green bedroom has a double/full bed. A second upstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub combination, and a half bathroom is on the main floor.

Sliding doors from the breakfast area lead to a private fenced backyard with lawns, gardens, a brick patio, gas grill, outdoor dining furniture and umbrella. The private heated in-ground vinyl pool has four lounge chairs and a nearby storage shed. Two beach chairs are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, washer, dryer, heating and hot water are provided. TVs include cable and smart-TV service.

Nearby bay beaches include Maidstone Park. Harbor Marina of East Hampton is a few minutes away, and East Hampton Village is a short ride away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
