Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the backyard. The centrally located kitchen has modern appliances, a coffee maker, cooking essentials and an island with seating; a separate dining room adjoins the living areas. A dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer are provided. All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house and have air conditioning, streaming TVs and standard closets. There is one twin bedroom, one queen bedroom and a primary bedroom with a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided. The landscaped backyard has a private freshwater pool, sundeck, lounge chairs, outdoor seating and dining furniture, a gas barbecue, a wood-burning fire pit and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, Marquis may attempt to rebook with the owner's agreement; successful rebooking for the original dates at the same or a higher price permits a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount, after full payment for the replacement reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, the original stay may still be used if payments are current and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be by check, ACH or wire.
