The home has 3,400 square feet across two levels, four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It sits opposite a nature reserve and duck pond, half a mile from Wiborg Beach and within walking distance of East Hampton’s main shopping street.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, two ovens and two dishwashers. Downstairs are living, dining and sunrooms and an ensuite king bedroom. Upstairs are a king suite with a sitting area, Jacuzzi tub and double pedestal sinks, plus two queen bedrooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. An upstairs landing provides additional sitting space. All four bedrooms have air conditioning.
The landscaped grounds are fenced and gated. Outdoor facilities include a private heated saltwater gunite pool, outdoor shower, grill, furnished deck/patio, six lounge chairs, eight beach chairs, a beach umbrella and cooler. Four adult bicycles, helmets, a surfboard, boogie boards and a paddle board are provided. Bed linen, bath and pool/beach towels, heating, Wi-Fi, television, cable TV, a speaker system, washer, dryer, parking and a garage are available. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
