Sliding doors connect the living spaces to an uncovered deck with outdoor dining, a gas BBQ, lounge chairs and patio furniture. The fenced yard has multiple sitting areas, a private heated outdoor pool and a freestanding hot tub. Free parking is available. The living room has a usable wood-burning fireplace. The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. Maximum overnight occupancy is six. Additional daytime guests are permitted only while the primary renter is present. Follow all town laws and regulations. Pets, smoking, parties (including birthday and pool parties) and events are prohibited. Commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $85.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the new reservation is collected. If the property is not rebooked, the original guest may use the original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement's coverage terms.
