All three bedrooms are on road level, the second level above the garage, and each has a queen bed and built-in robes. The main bedroom has an en-suite and private balcony; the other two bedrooms open directly onto the courtyard. The main bathroom on this floor has a shower, spa bath, toilet and vanity. An upstairs half-bathroom has a toilet and vanity.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, ice maker, microwave and an island benchtop. The lounge has a smart TV. Outdoor spaces include balconies, a courtyard, a house-connected BBQ and secure perimeter fencing. There is a secure double garage, free street parking and a lift accessible from the ground-level entry.

Wi-Fi, heating, a washer, dryer, iron, bed linen and towels are provided. Linen and towels are commercially supplied and professionally laundered. Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.
