House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Pets are not permitted. The property manager must meet you within the first 24 hours after arrival to review applicable local ordinances and stay rules. Getting there
The Mount San Jacinto tram is a short drive away. Shops, restaurants and bars are minutes away. Joshua Tree National Park is approximately 30 minutes away.
