The house

The living and dining area has a tan leather sofa, a cream bouclé chair with a matching stool, a beige rug, and a white wooden dining table with four cane-backed chairs. A classic Parisian fireplace is topped by a mirror. The adjoining L-shaped kitchen has cream cabinets and timber countertops, with a dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware.

The bedroom has one double bed, a wooden desk and two large windows, with French doors separating it from the living area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

The apartment provides central heating, free Wi-Fi advertised as high-speed, a washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, towels, bed linen and basic toiletries. A portable air-conditioning unit requires its exhaust tube to be placed out of a window, leaving the window slightly open during use. There is no television or iron; a steamer is provided instead. The home is suitable for children and infants.
