The house

This 2,750-square-foot townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, plus a dining area. The living area features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows, a gas fireplace, a TV, a soundbar and access to a private deck. There are six TVs, two DVD players, cable/satellite television, a video library and complimentary Wi-Fi. Mountain and ski-slope views, a balcony/patio, a grill and outdoor seating are among the amenities.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a TV and share an additional en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. An open loft has a futon for extra sleeping space, and the main living level has a half-bathroom.

The home has a private washer and dryer, a two-car garage and parking for four cars. Heating and ceiling fans are provided, including fans in the bedrooms; there is no air conditioning. A dedicated workspace, private entrance, self check-in and luggage drop-off are available. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron, a safe and room-darkening shades are provided. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove/oven.

Guests have access to EagleRidge's heated shared pool, hot tub, firepit, fitness center, steam room, massage services and winter ski shuttle. Resort amenity access, concierge and in-home services, children's dinnerware and a playground/play area are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.
