## About the house

This 942-square-foot condo features decor incorporating wood, stone and leather, a private patio for summer use, a gas fireplace, heating and a private washer/dryer. Two twin beds can be converted into a king bed upon request. Entertainment includes three flatscreen TVs, cable/satellite, a DVD player, a video library and free Wi-Fi. A dedicated workspace is available.

The full kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen basics and a dining area. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Other facilities include a bathtub and room-darkening shades. Children are welcome; a crib, high chair, toys and playground/play area are available.

Shared community facilities include a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a firepit, fitness center, steam room and massage services. Pool and hot tub facilities close from mid-April to Memorial Day and from October to the week of Thanksgiving. A grill/BBQ, garden/backyard and outdoor seating are also available. Concierge and in-home services and luggage drop-off are offered. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The single-level condo has elevator access and is advertised as wheelchair accessible. Parking is available for one car, but a car is not necessary. Walk a quarter mile to the Steamboat Ski Resort gondola or use the winter shuttle. Yampa River Botanic Park is two miles northwest, and downtown Steamboat Springs is three miles north. Fish Creek Falls is five miles north, Strawberry Park Hot Springs is 10 miles north and Steamboat Lake State Park is 30 miles north.

Smoking is not allowed. The minimum age to book is 21. Children are welcome. Request conversion of the two twin beds into a king bed in advance.
