The house

The 2,600-square-foot residence has five full bathrooms and a living area with slope-facing windows, a wraparound sofa, chairs and a gas fireplace. A private balcony with a bistro dining set overlooks the resort pool and hot tub. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, a six-burner gas stove and a large island, plus a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, drip coffee maker and espresso machine.

The main bedroom and first guest bedroom each have a king bed. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, and the bunk room has two twin-over-full Captain’s bunk beds. Linens and towels are provided; the residence also has a washer and dryer.

Guests have access to a shared outdoor heated, fenced pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, spa, community game and media rooms, fire pit and lobby bar. Ski valet, ski storage, boot heaters, shuttle service, concierge assistance and full daily housekeeping are available. Room service is not available, but other Ritz purchases may be charged to the room. Concierge assistance includes restaurant reservations, grocery delivery and Red Sky Golf access.

The residence is within walking distance of lifts, shops, restaurants and bars in Lionshead Village. The Gore Creek path runs beside the resort. Free Wi-Fi, an office/workspace, heating and air conditioning are provided.
