The house

The 213 m² holiday home sleeps 12 guests in six bedrooms, with 12 single beds and three bathrooms with underfloor heating. Built in 1992 and renovated in 2024, it stands on a 2,505 m² natural dune plot.

The wellness area contains an approximately 16 m² indoor pool with a swim trainer, a sauna and a two-person spa bath that is emptied after use. The living room has a wood-burning stove, tiled flooring with underfloor heating, a flat-screen television, DVD player, radio and satellite reception with selected Danish and German channels. The home has electric heating.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove and a separate 60-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available, along with free Wi-Fi, one cot and one high chair.

Outside are open and screened terrace areas, garden furniture, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and a storage shed. A sandpit and swing stand on the open natural grounds. The nearest shopping is 4,600 metres away. Nearby outings include cycling routes, Fiskeriets Hus museum and aquarium, and the shops and restaurants in central Hvide Sande.
