The home has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with Nordic design, wood details, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes a separate freezer and dishwasher. Four bedrooms have double beds, and both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The living room has a wood-burning stove.
The terrace has an outdoor sauna and a hot tub for six people. A large covered terrace provides space for outdoor dining and barbecue evenings. The approximately 1,300 m² natural plot has a trampoline, swings and sun loungers.
Facilities include an electric-vehicle charging point, washing machine, tumble dryer and an air-to-water heat pump. Wi-Fi and included fibre broadband are available. Up to two dogs are welcome, and the house is non-smoking.
The beach is 200 metres away. Walking and cycling routes explore the surrounding dune landscape, and shopping is a short distance away.
