The house

The house occupies a hilly dune plot of 1,369 m² and was built in 2015. The living room and covered east-facing terrace have panoramic views. Terraces extend around the house, with open, screened and covered areas, garden furniture and sun loungers. A gas barbecue and a charcoal barbecue are available, along with an outdoor storage shed.

There are four bedrooms and five beds: two double beds and three single beds. The three bathrooms have underfloor heating. One bathroom has a television and a two-person whirlpool bath; the house also has a sauna. The living area has underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove, and there is an air-to-air heat pump.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove, and a separate 90-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. Entertainment includes five flat-screen televisions, German satellite channels, a DVD player, CD player and radio. Free fibre internet and Wi-Fi are available. One cot and one high chair are provided.

The nearest beach is 150 m away, and the nearest shopping is 2,000 m away. Hvide Sande is a brisk walk from the house.
