The house

The 76 m² holiday home stands on 2,500 m² of natural grounds. Built in 1966 and renovated in 2005, it has two bedrooms in the main house and a third bedroom in the annexe. The main house has one bathroom with underfloor heating.

The open-plan kitchen connects to the living room and includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven and stove, and a separate 107-litre freezer. The living area has a wood-burning stove, Chromecast, a flat-screen television with German satellite channels, a DVD player, CD player, radio and Bluetooth speaker. Table tennis is available in the garage. Electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump are provided, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The outdoor space includes open, screened and enclosed terrace areas, garden furniture, loungers, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue and a swing. An outdoor sauna is available, and the outdoor shower operates from April to 1 November. The sea can be heard from the terrace. Garage parking is available.

The home is in a quiet natural setting in Årgab. Hvide Sande can be reached on foot or by bicycle and has restaurants, shops and cafés. The Årgab and Hvide Sande area offers water-sports activities.
