The house

Built in 1988 and renovated in 2018, this 116 m² holiday home stands on a 1,407 m² natural plot. It has four bedrooms, with one double bed and five single beds in total, one bathroom with underfloor heating and access to a sauna, and a separate guest toilet. A cot and high chair are available.

The living room opens to the kitchen and has a wood-burning stove. There are two flat-screen televisions and satellite reception with selected Danish and German channels. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove and a separate 30-litre freezer. A washing machine, tumble dryer, electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump are available. Free fibre internet and Wi-Fi are provided.

Outside are a garden and several furnished terraces with sun loungers. The west-facing terrace is screened and partly covered, opening directly onto the garden. The south-facing terrace is also partly covered, while a smaller paved terrace faces east towards sunrise over Ringkøbing Fjord. A charcoal barbecue, storage shed and electric-car charging connection are available.

The North Sea is 300 metres away, a short walk from the house. Årgab lies just south of Hvide Sande, which has restaurants, harbour sights and shopping options. Up to two dogs are welcome.
