The apartment occupies the ground and lower-ground floors. The ground floor has a garden-facing living room, dining area, open kitchen and separate guest WC. The northeast-facing private garden has a terrace and its own beach chair; a beach chair at the beach is also included. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are on the lower-ground floor. The bathroom has a level-entry rain shower, bathtub, washbasin and WC.
