# Dusk Dynasty Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home sits in a private cul-de-sac on a high, rolling dune, surrounded by native Outer Banks vegetation. An open floor plan connects the main living spaces, and decks extend across three levels. There are seven ensuite bedrooms, two king beds and five queen beds, with seven full bathrooms and two half bathrooms overall. Bed linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are provided. Level 1 has a queen ensuite with a standing shower, a cabana half bathroom, laundry, and a recreation room with a pool table, shuffleboard, wet bar and full-size refrigerator. Level 2 has five ensuite bedrooms: one king with a whirlpool tub and standing shower, and four queens with standing showers. All five have deck access; the king and three of the queens are soundside. Level 3 has a soundside king ensuite with a whirlpool tub, standing shower, gas fireplace and deck access, plus a half bathroom. The great room has a gas fireplace, and the kitchen has two ovens and two dishwashers beside the dining area. The equipped kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, microwave and toaster. Other facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an elevator, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, municipal water, a telephone, cable and streaming television, and Smart TVs throughout. Recreation facilities include foosball, a six-person hot tub and an outdoor pool. Outdoor amenities include three levels of decks, outdoor furniture, a gas grill, an outdoor shower and five beach chairs. A fenced-in yard is identified as new in 2027. The beach is a short stroll away, and a private walkway leads into Duck for shopping, dining and watersports. Sunset views look over Currituck Sound. Parking accommodates eight vehicles. Guests may use the left garage but not the right garage. A 220V EV-charging outlet is on the post beside the left garage; bring your own cable and/or adapter. The home is oceanside on a high, rolling dune. The beach is a short stroll away, with beach access at Bayberry Drive Beach Access. A private walkway leads into Duck. Parking is limited to eight vehicles; only the left garage is accessible to guests. The elevator is not guaranteed to meet ADA dimensions or weight capacity, and steps or thresholds may be required for access. No pets and no smoking. Saturday check-in is at 16:00; Saturday check-out is at 10:00. Guests may not access the right garage. Do not allow children or pets to ride the elevator unattended. Children must not play in or around the elevator or stand between its gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway above or below the cab. Do not operate the elevator if the gate or landing-door locking system is not working properly. Gas fireplaces are available January 1–April 25 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
