The house

The home has three bedrooms on the first/main floor and three on the second floor, with three full bathrooms. Two bathrooms have shower/tub combinations and one has a shower; Bedroom 4 has a full ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have streaming TVs, and Bedroom 4 has cable and streaming TV.

The main living area has vaulted wood-paneled ceilings, a sectional sofa and a fireplace. The updated kitchen includes modern appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, cooking essentials and an island with breakfast-bar seating. A finished lower level provides another living area with a sofa, bar and sliding-door access to the backyard.

Outdoor spaces include a second-floor wraparound wooden deck with dining furniture, a first-floor bluestone patio, a swinging sofa beneath the deck, and a private backyard with a stone fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The fenced hot tub is always available. A private outdoor shower has hot and cold water, and an outdoor grill is provided. The backyard itself is not fenced.

Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys are provided, along with bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. The home has central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and free parking. Estimated floor area is 2,312 square feet. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
