## About the house

The apartment accommodates four guests and occupies the second floor of a building reached on foot. Its sea-view living room has a small glass table, two armchairs, two sofas and a TV. The adjoining dining space includes a double sofa bed and a large closet. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, moka pot, juicer and a second dining table, with access to a balcony.

Wooden stairs lead to an upper-level work area and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, two nightstands and a wardrobe. The bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and French doors opening onto a small terrace. A second bathroom with a shower is on the lower level. Free Wi-Fi is available, with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided.

A cot and high chair are available on request for 25€ per stay, per item. Another apartment on a lower level of the building can accommodate up to six people and is available by separate inquiry; it is not part of this four-guest apartment.

Catania Fontanarossa Airport is 60 km away and Comiso Pio La Torre Airport is 110 km away. The train station is a 20-minute walk from the apartment and is close to the airport bus terminal.

The train station is a 20-minute walk away, close to the airport bus terminal. Catania Fontanarossa and Comiso Pio La Torre airports are 60 km and 110 km away respectively.

Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge. A cot and high chair are optional, on request, at 25€ per stay, per item.
