The house

The approximately 120 m² house section occupies two floors. The ground floor has a living room with a flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove, an open dining area, a separate kitchen with a small dining table, a guest WC and a furnished garden terrace. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a spacious shower bathroom with a window. One bedroom has a box-spring bed and TV. The double beds measure 1.80 × 2.00 m and 1.60 × 2.00 m. The enclosed grounds include a garden, lawn, outdoor furniture and a hooded beach chair. Heating and underfloor heating, two TVs, international TV channels, a radio, games and an ironing board are available. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, initial bathroom supplies, luggage service to and from the property and a water carafe are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!.
