## About the house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests in five ensuite bedrooms, with five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 2 has a king ensuite, two queen ensuites and an ensuite with two twin beds. The king and queen bedrooms have deck access. A second king ensuite with deck access is on Level 3.

Level 1 has a half bathroom and a game room with a pool table, refrigerator and sink. Level 2 includes a den, covered deck, hot tub and laundry. Level 3 has the great room, kitchen, dining area and screened porch. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, outdoor bar area with sink, gas grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs are provided. Community facilities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts and soundside access.

Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. The home is close to the shops and restaurants of Duck Village.

Semi-oceanfront location with easy beach access via Tuckahoe Beach Access. Parking is limited to five vehicles. The Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

No smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and are not permitted in pools or hot tubs. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. Early check-in is optional, subject to limited weekly availability and an additional fee.
