## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and a rumpus-room sofa bed reserved strictly for two children. The main living area has seating and a TV; a separate rumpus room has a sofa, armchairs and another TV. Split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans provide cooling.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine and island, with additional storage and appliances in a butler’s pantry. The indoor dining table seats ten. Outside, an alfresco dining area, gas BBQ, outdoor fridge, seating and TV sit beside the private pool.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, built-in storage, direct pool access and an ensuite with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Bedrooms two, three and four each have a queen bed; bedrooms two and four also have TVs. Bedroom five has two king single beds. A further full bathroom has a bathtub and walk-in shower, and there is a third bathroom.

A washer, dryer, private entrance and secure carport for four vehicles are available. Parap Village Markets and Vesteys Beach are minutes away.
