How many homes share the pool?
Six homes share the community pool.
Does the home have Wi-Fi?
The home is not currently experiencing Wi-Fi issues, but service is not guaranteed during any given stay.
How do guests access the beach?
A community beach access is a one-minute walk from the home. There is also a public beach access with a long boardwalk over the dunes.
Can a golf cart be used to reach 30A?
Golf carts cannot be driven on Highway 98, which is needed to reach 30A. Driving a car or using the beach cruisers is recommended; bikes take about 5–10 minutes to reach 30A and a sidewalk runs along Highway 98.
Is the beach access private?
The home has access to a public beach.
Are beach-chair vendors allowed?
There is a designated vendor at the beach access for the home.
Does the third-floor couch convert to a bed?
The third-floor couch does not pull out into a bed.
