Orange Street Beach Access is a one-minute walk away and is described as a community access. The home is 0.8 miles from Rosemary Beach in the location section, while a public answer gives 1.3 miles to the Rosemary Beach town center. Camp Helen State Park is 2 miles away and 30 Avenue & Shoppes at Inlet is 1 mile away. A car is recommended for reaching 30A because golf carts cannot use Highway 98; bikes take about 5–10 minutes to reach 30A via a sidewalk. Six bikes are provided subject to a required waiver. Additional bikes can be rented. LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest or Alys Beach.

Pets are not allowed. A waiver is required to use the six provided bikes. Travel insurance is not included. Wire transfers are not accepted for payment. Construction is underway next to the property with an unknown completion date.

Golf carts cannot be driven on Highway 98, which is needed to reach 30A. Driving a car or using the beach cruisers is recommended; bikes take about 5–10 minutes to reach 30A and a sidewalk runs along Highway 98.

## Is the beach access private?
The home has access to a public beach.

## Are beach-chair vendors allowed?
There is a designated vendor at the beach access for the home.

## Does the third-floor couch convert to a bed?
The third-floor couch does not pull out into a bed.
