Two primary suites each have an en suite bathroom with double vanities; one includes a soaking tub and shower, and the other has a glass-panel shower. There are four full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas have tiled floors. The eat-in kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, an island with high-top seating and an additional ocean-facing seating area. A separate formal dining area has a glass dining table, while the formal living area has a usable fireplace. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels and a hair dryer are provided. Sliding glass doors lead to a deck with a private heated outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, grill and outdoor dining seating. The rooftop deck has ocean and bay views. The homeowner manages property preparation, arrival coordination, on-site operations and guest communication after booking. Events require express approval; events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Smoking is not permitted. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $115.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense.
