The house

The home has approximately 183 m² of usable space across the ground, lower and upper floors, with five rooms in total. The ground floor has a living room with a gas fireplace and TV, an open kitchen with an adjoining dining area, and a guest WC. The kitchen includes an induction hob, microwave/oven combination, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, fully automatic coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, blender and egg cooker. A south-facing terrace opens onto the garden, with garden furniture available approximately April–October and a beach chair. The lower floor has a double bedroom and a wellness bathroom with a large shower in the sauna area. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and two shower bathrooms; the main bedroom has an ensuite. Bathroom facilities include three showers, a bathtub, hairdryer and heated towel rail. The home has heating, window privacy screens, five TVs with digital reception, a radio, laundry facilities and an ironing board. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, an initial supply of essentials, luggage service to/from the property and a water carafe are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!.
