The house

The 1,754-square-foot condo has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, wood, tile and brick finishes, upholstered furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows. A gas fireplace, three flatscreen TVs, cable/satellite television and a video library provide indoor entertainment. Heating, hot water and a private washer/dryer are available. There is no air conditioning; fans are provided.

The full kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics, with a dining area. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a balcony/patio, a grill/BBQ and outdoor seating. Towels, extra pillows and blankets, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided.

The complex has two outdoor hot tubs, a firepit and a wintertime shuttle service. Parking is available for one car, and a car is not necessary. The property offers self check-in, a private entrance and elevator access. Children are welcome; a crib and baby safety gear are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided. Resort amenities access and concierge and in-home services are available.

The ski resort offers 18 lifts, 169 trails and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, including Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Summer activities nearby include mountain biking and hiking. Yampa River Botanic Park is two miles northwest, and the 7.5-mile paved Yampa River Core Trail runs through Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs is three miles north; Fish Creek Falls is five miles away, Strawberry Park Hot Springs is 10 miles away and Steamboat Lake State Park is 30 miles away.
