The villa is smoke-free. One pet is welcome. The electric-car charging point may be used only with a charging card; a card can be borrowed from reception for a fee, subject to availability. One cot and one high chair are provided as standard.

The villa is beside a water feature and has a jetty. Parking is available for a maximum of two cars. The electric-car charging point requires a charging card and is available for a fee, subject to availability.
