House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a cleaning fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED200.00.

The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Occasional noise may be heard from the surrounding area.
