Dridan House accommodates up to seven guests. Recycled timbers, extensive glazing and high ceilings surround an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The home has an open fireplace, heating, wraparound decking, outdoor seating and a garden or backyard. The master bedroom has an ensuite and ocean views; the two rear bedrooms have bush views. An outdoor kitchen overlooking the Erskine River valley includes a charcoal barbecue and pizza oven. Linen is provided. Other facilities include a bathtub, dishwasher, dryer, hot water, iron, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator and smoke detector. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Professional management provides 24/7 local support.

Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the number of guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Treat the property respectfully.
