House rules
No smoking. No pets, including visiting pets; violations may result in termination of tenancy. Check-in and checkout are on Saturdays. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not use the elevator if its gates, door locks or operation appear faulty, and do not attempt repairs. Guests must replenish the starter supplies of paper products, trash bags and soaps.
Getting there
Oceanfront on a paved road beside the NC Estuarine Reserve and four-wheel-drive beach. A private walkway with steps leads to the beach. Parking is limited to six vehicles. The two level-one bedrooms require spiral-staircase or exterior access. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and steps or thresholds may be required for access.
